You retain ownership of any deck lists, game logs, and other data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Commander Ledger a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMANDER LEDGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD).
Some jurisdictions (including the Province of Ontario) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. If you are a consumer resident in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada for any disputes arising under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Commander Ledger regarding your use of the Service.
